If you’re planning to hike – really hike – then Momerooms was made for you. This apartment sits right on the Rhine-Burgen-Weg trail and is just a four-minute walk from Oberwesel train station. The Momering is a dramatic wedge of rock that rises up towards Schönburg Castle, and this apartment sits right beneath it – that’s where the name comes from.

Start your day with breakfast in the private backyard. Lock up your bikes in the courtyard and head out knowing your base is sorted. The apartment sleeps up to three guests across a double bedroom and a genuinely comfortable sofa bed. It’s on the first floor (stairs only, no lift). Simple, honest, and exactly what you need after a day on the trail.
